Born in South Korea and immigrated to the U.S. in 1981, Bryan K. Ahn was raised in Honolulu by his parents with two older siblings. A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Travel Industry Management.
A Mortgage Banker since 2004, Ahn held the positions of Retail Branch Manager for Bank of America (2004-2006), Senior Loan Officer for Bank of America (2006-2011), Branch Manager for Wells Fargo & Co. in Hawaii (2011-2015) and Lending Manager for Chase, the U.S. consumer and commercial banking business of JPMorgan Chase & Co (Current).
In his position at Chase, he oversees 27 branch lending offices in South Orange County, California from Irvine to San Clemente. He also held distinctions in his career as top purchase producer for Bank of America National, 3rd quarter 2010 and top producer (top 5%) for 3 years from 2008-2010 in the San Diego Market. Also, in his capacity as Branch Manager for Well Fargo & Co., he managed 25 home mortgage consultants over 3 branches in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Ahn is credited to establishing the Honolulu Chapter of Hawaii State Director for VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals) in 2014 and is heavily involved in the association’s national program. A former Hawaii Board member and current Orange County member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), he resides in Orange County with his wife and four children.
