Just like every person is unique, I have found that every person’s financial circumstances can be unique and it’s my job to help tell your story. Loan guidelines want to stuff everyone in a box and I help draw the picture and connect the dots so that I can show how you too will either fit in the box, or why the box needs to get a little bigger. I started in the mortgage industry in 2001 and have worked both primary & secondary markets. Working as an originator and in the secondary market, including servicing & loss mitigation helped me gain a well rounded and sensitive understanding of the people that drive the market. I opened a branch in Eagle, ID in 2022 with my business partner and as independent mortgage brokers we have MORE options! We have 100+ investors so we shop multiple lenders to find the best rate & programs for your needs. This allows us to get you to the closing table & into your dream home faster (average is 20 days or less). We are experts at mortgages – because unlike banks and credit unions – it’s all we do! My areas of expertise are in self-employment borrowers, investors, alternative document/income loans and helping to say YES to the financing for the new home you fell in love with. I have been married for 27 years and have 2 amazing children, ages 23 & 17. My husband and I have always owned our own business and I credit this to my expertise in working with self-employed borrowers of all kinds.
