A Veteran Real Estate Professional with over 25 years of real estate industry experience (Commercial, Leasing, Sales, Lending, Title and Escrow), Rommel Guzman is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and offers the highest quality work via a consistent emphasis on service, excellence and building relationships. Born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii and a U.S Army combat veteran, he states that his goal first and foremost is to build trust and confidence. Secondly, he strives to build and foster groups that value innovation, inspiration and creativity. It shapes everything he does; providing his customers with “service without comparison”. Rommel serves as a National Board Director for the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) and the Hawaii Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). Organizations dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in the Veteran, Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities by creating a powerful national voice for housing and real estate professionals.
