I offer a fresh approach to South Florida real estate, with over 21 years of experience which began in New York in 2001. I moved to Miami in 2003, where I opened up a mortgage office, building it up to 13 brokers servicing all of Miami-Dade, Broward, the Palm Beaches and Orlando. In 2006, I partnered with a Real Estate Broker and together we built a Real Estate Division of 23 agents. My professionalism and passion, along with my financing background and dedication to my clients needs is what drives my success in all of my transactions. IN 2013 I earned my CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert to assist my clients with the best guidance. In 2015, I was recruited to join RE/MAX Advance Realty where I have been acknowledged each year for being in the 100% Club. In 2016, I received an award from Real Estate Executive Magazine as the "100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents” and have spoken on many different panels. In 2021, During the height of COVID, I earned my broker’s designation, taking on a much greater responsibility towards my clients. Prior to my career with ReMax, I was a top producer at Keller Willians and was recognized with multiple Top Producer awards year after year. My team helps buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of real estate predominately in the Miami and South Florida area. My team and I work with Luxury real estate buyers/sellers, real estate investors, commercial investments, and numerous international investors. We enjoy roundtable-ing our real estate experiences, knowledge, and expertise in a global real estate economy.
