Gary Walters (NMLSR 513054) is a Texas native that has a passion for family, community, military, and the mortgage industry. He has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and is currently licensed in TX, CA, KS, KY, GA and FL. He has in-depth experience in providing conventional, jumbo, FHA, USDA, VA, and Down Payment Assistance loan options for home purchase. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of mortgage from new home purchase to refinancing to home renovation. He proudly served in the United States Army and believes in giving back not only to the community but also to the military and veterans. Gary currently serves on the National Education Committee for VAREP, the Immediate Past DFW Chapter President for the VAREP, and is currently serving on the committees for Greater Fort Worth Association for Realtors. Gary believes in teamwork and that the highest level of success is achieved when everyone works together. He also believes in good communication and that good customer service is always key. Throughout the years he has learned how to take a mortgage loan from the beginning to end, keeping it simple and easy while educating clients, realtors, and industry partners. Gary is married with children and grandchildren and loves spending time with family and friends. During his free time, he enjoys watching and playing sports, trying new restaurants, and seeing new places.
