Nichole Diemert – Realtor | Team Lead | Veteran Advocate | Host of Operation: American Dream Nichole Diemert made Northern Nevada her home 13 years ago after relocating from Southeast Idaho. Instantly drawn to the region’s rugged beauty, she thrives in the mountains and embraces every opportunity for outdoor adventure—whether it’s hiking, boating on pristine alpine lakes, or spending time with her family exploring nature’s playground. Raised in a career Army family and having lived across the country, Nichole developed a deep respect for service, structure, and resilience. This upbringing inspired a lifelong passion for supporting our nation’s veterans, especially through education and homeownership. She proudly serves as a member of MIL-Estate, an organization dedicated to “Guiding Veterans Home with Honor, Loyalty, and Integrity.” Today, Nichole is a respected Realtor® and Team Lead at RE/MAX Professionals in Sparks, Nevada. Her leadership is driven by authenticity, accountability, and a commitment to helping families—especially military families—navigate one of life’s most important decisions with confidence. In addition to her work in real estate, Nichole is the host of Operation: American Dream on HGTV, where her team shares stories of service members and highlights the path to achieving the American dream through homeownership and community. Also a member of the Fernley Chamber of Commerce, she is involved in many volunteer opportunities in the communities. A strong advocate for continuous learning, family values, and living life with purpose, Nichole combines her personal passions and professional experience to guide and educate and truly support our community.
